We are looking for an individual with previous experience in the aviation industry, with a background in auditing and or document control.The role will require you to be responsible for maintaining compliance and conformance to all the regulatory bodies required.  This will involve being able to interpret, respond and maintain the ever-changing regulatory requirements.Reporting into the Safety Oversight Manager, the Document Controller and Compliance Officer (DCCO) role will ensure document control and quality management including reporting, analysis and auditing is aligned both with internal standards and external regulatory bodies and standards.  Pertaining directly with compliance with ISO9001:2015 and UK ATM regulation relating to document control and change management, the Document Controller and Compliance Officer will:
  • Be responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents.
  • Control the publication, indexing, storing, updating and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by operational teams, projects or other business departments.
  • Support the monitoring of compliance to ANSL's quality, safety, and security management systems.
  • Produce periodic performance reports required by the regulator and company management.
  • ISO9001 Auditor qualification desirable. However, if not qualified, there will be a requirement for the successful candidate to undertake this training.
  • ISO27001 Auditor desirable but not essential.
